Reflection 1 was an Ethical Analysis of UBS. I talked with several employees in the office and read the code of ethics. I reflected, summarized and identified 3 problems and solutions in the work place. Then I came to a conclusion based on my personal and professional values.

Reflection 2 was focused on analytical problem solving. I choose two problems at my internship and came up with solutions to each.
